We are experienced advocates in all appellate forums in New York City, with particular experience in the Appellate Division, First Department and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Because the court system in New York State is unique – the Appellate Division is constitutionally empowered to review both the law and the facts – a strong appellate practice is a necessary adjunct to a superior commercial litigation practice.
